ABOUT MICHELLE

My name is Michelle Bradley, and I am a licensed massage therapist with over 18 years of experience ,Specializing in Therapeutic massage Medical, Lymphatic Drainage, and Craniosacral Bodywork, Dedicated to Supporting the Body Natural Healing, Restoring Balance, and Enhancing Overall Wellness. This work has been more than a profession for me it has been a way of caring for people in a deeply personal and meaningful way. I have had the privilege of working with clients through pain, stress, recovery, and transitions in life I have learned that the body often carries more than just physical tension it holds emotion fatigue, and the weight of every day life. My goal is to create a space where people feel safe enough to let some of that go. My work is rooted in listening-both to the body and person in front of me. Every session is trailered to what is needed in that moment, weather that is relief from pain , support through recovery, or simply a quiet place to breath and reset. Techniques such as lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, and medical massage are part of my foundation, but what guides me most is intention; to help people feel more comfortable in their bodies and more at ease with themselves. I believe  massage therapy is about connection, care, and restoration-not just for the body, but for the whole person.​
